Design of ventilation systems for temporary isolation and treatment points reconstructed from National Convention and Exhibition Center

This paper presents the general building layout and streamline of the temporary isolation and treatment point reconstructed from the National Convention and Exhibition Center. The determination of the ventilation system scheme in the patient admission area is analysed, including the feasibility of reconstruction based on the original air conditioning system and smoke exhaust system. The scheme of adding a mechanical exhaust system is determined, and the technical measures of the ventilation system are presented in detail. Finally, the improvement of this emergency project is summarized, and the HVAC design of a combination of peacetime and epidemic for large-scale exhibition buildings to deal with the sudden epidemic situations is looked forward to, which can be used as a reference for the design of a combination of peacetime and epidemic of air conditioning and ventilation for large space buildings like the exhibition.
